Assassin’s Creed – Lineage

Way to promote your new game, Ubisoft. Serve up a live action prequel story on the internets, to a positive reaction and guaranteeing a few folk are likely to pick up your product. Better still, release the episodes as a whole chunk and you end up with thirty five minutes of the best gaming advert ever seen. Beautifully done, and it’s not often you get to see Marco Pierre White kick so much ass with his hair straightened. As a side note, Assassin’s Creed II is released this Friday to the Europas. You want it now?

  1. Are these the cut scenes from the game? If not why the terrible writing, direction and casting? As much as I loved the swashbuckling combat scenes I was rather confused by why a celebrity chef was running about with a sword showing off the kind of blue screen acting that would make George Lucas jealous…

  2. Sir, attempt to watch The Spirit and you’ll see that makes this look like fucking Ben Hur.

Creed Stock Cubes. The best thing to happen to Assassins since Marco Pierre White.

Yeah I’m confused as to why this is getting so much love, but then the game confused me too. People seemed to be sold on the concept of Assassins Creed even after 10 hours of doing the same thing over and over again. The storyline became more and more convoluted by the constant unnecessary returns to the modern day and my interest in controlling this moody cunt was sucked out of me.
